Corrections.

The record is provisional and openly corrected.

When a claim in a published film is found to be wrong or misleading, it is corrected and the change is recorded here: dated, attributed to its film, and describing exactly what changed. Substantive corrections are also noted in the film’s description.

To report something that should be revised, write through the contact page and choose “Corrections” as the subject.

  • c. 570 CE, not c. 600. The Sasanian conquest of Yemen and the end of Aksumite rule are dated to c. 570, with the Persian province consolidated c. 575–578. The narration, and the chapter marker at 03:34, give c. 600. This is an error. The surrounding sequence (Himyarite monotheism, the Aksumite intervention, then Persian rule) is as shown.
