How the films and their images may be used.

The films

The films are free to watch and to share on YouTube, and embedding them through YouTube’s own player is welcome. Re-uploading the films, in whole or in part, to any other channel or platform is not permitted.

Clips & quotation

Short clips used for commentary, teaching, or review are generally covered by fair dealing and fair use, provided the work is credited to Archive Arabia with a link to the film.

Images & footage

The films draw on material under several licences (Creative Commons, Pexels, and iStock) alongside house-authored diagrams. Rights in third-party material remain with their owners, so a film as a whole is not released under a single open licence. Per-image credits appear at the end of each film.

Where credit is due, please name “Archive Arabia” and link to the film or to this site.
